Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We love creating UNIQUE wooden pieces just for you, whether it’s a custom wall map, a name sign, or a furniture accent. Send us your ideas, favorite wood tones, size, and shape via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll design it together.

Absolutely! We work on residential and commercial projects: homes, offices, salons, clinics, and more. From custom décor to full renovation woodwork, we manage everything from concept and design to delivery and installation.

Orders & Production

How long will it take to make my order?

Since every item is customized and we don’t have anything that is ready-made, production typically takes 5 to 12 business days depending on how big the order is.
Once your piece is ready, we’ll reach out to confirm delivery details.

Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, once production begins, we’re unfortunately not able to modify or cancel the piece.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

After production, delivery within Lebanon usually takes 2–3 business days.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my piece if I don’t like it?

Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final.

Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate and make it right, either by repairing, replacing, or refunding, depending on the situation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery and online payments via Whish Money or Western Union.

Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my wooden décor?

○ Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
○ Avoid placing in very humid or very dry environments.
○ Use a wood-safe cleaner for stains; avoid harsh chemicals.
○ For furniture pieces, consider using pads or felt under objects to prevent scratches.
